“Don’t raise the prices on me, but I think you guys undercharge for what you offer. I don’t think it’s just a cold call service. To me, it’s more of like, the Real Estate lead business in a box. Because all I have to do is I just go over to the shelf, I get it, and then I’m plugged in and ready to go because previously I didn’t have a CRM, I didn’t have propstream, I didn’t have skiptracing. All of those different systems, and then having a team that helps support me and get all of it set up and running. Essentialy this is a whole business in a box, like I said, that has been set up for me.”

“If you look at where you’re spending your time, you’ll find that dollar per dollar it’s cheaper to spend the money on a VA than it is to be spending all of your time trying to do what they are able to do for you very quickly. Because it really is the most time consuming part: calling people. And it can be very demoralizing. Because people can be very intense on the phone. So, when that is the reality of what you’re doing, it’s really easy to tell yourself, “okay, well I’m just not going to do it today. I’m going to take a break today.” Whereas, if you hire someone to do it, they’re not going to be taking a break, so you’re constantly going to be moving forward. I guess that’s how I look at it. So I would say, take the plunge. Even if it doesn’t work out, then it doesn’t work out, and you can always go back to whatever you were doing before, but I think it’s worth it to try.”
“So you have two VA Managers that help manage your account, and then you have your VA, and then there’s Anton as well. So you have all these people that are there to help you, and that for me wasn’t something that I knew was going to be the case. So for me, it was very satisfying and in a good way surprising that I had all these people help back me up. Cause there’s a lot of things that you don’t know going into it. And they were there every step of the way. For me, that was probably the best blessing, that they were there and they’re still there and any question I have they’re always there and available.”
